We wanted to inform you about our new ongoing project in the Midwest. Here’s a quick background information taken from the Tetrad Property Group (owner) website:
Located at the northeast corner of 72nd Street and West Center Road in Omaha, the TH!NK Center began with the demolition of the existing 7100 Building. Currently under construction is a six-story structure, with a full lower level, referred to as the TH!NK Primary Care Facility.
The building will include a prominent entry with a six-story atrium. The first floor will be comprised of retail, pharmacy, and urgent care services. Floors two through five will be a mix of primary care physicians, dentists and minor out-patient procedure rooms. The sixth floor will house physician offices and meeting rooms.
The exterior of the building is a combination of high quality curtain wall systems, terra cotta rainscreen, and burnished concrete block that will sit on the 5-acre site that includes all new surface parking and improved green space.

The Completion Date for the project is set to be May 2015.
The terra cotta rainscreen installation has commenced two weeks ago and today the first few panels have been set. This project features approximately 3,000 SF of 415 Vulcan Gray Keratwin K20 panels produced by Agrob Buchtal and supplied by CB Products.
For the backup system, we chose the Vertical T-Profile with brackets. (Click here to Learn More) This type of system is usually used on concrete or CMU/brick backed walls. However, on this project our client (AWS Nebraska) was able to place the metal stud framing at the exact locations of the joints for the attachment of brackets. The result is a lighter and more economical system.
Please stay tuned for more photos! It won’t be too long until you see all of the panels installed. (Click here to find out why)
