The last months issue of Architectural Record listed Boston as one of top 3 residential development cities. When you visit Boston, you can see it is booming and humming with construction sites. High rise condo buildings are on the rise, or barely out of the ground, or about to break ground.
We are proud to say that our project 1282 Boylston (aka The Viridian) is getting closer to completion…at least on the exterior. Our client Cheviot Corp is doing an amazing job in installing the 60,000 Sf of terra cotta rainscreen. Anyways, they say a picture is worth a 1000 words, so here you go (and stay tuned for more):
